EVALUATION

HOW CAN IREPA MEET YOUR EVALUATION DEMANDS?

At IREPA, we believe that the successful implementation of a proposed operation depends on access to critical yet constructive analysis. IREPA's evaluation services apply this standard to both public and private sector projects. We provide independent external evaluation for governmental agencies and policies, federal, and state funded programs, community-based initiatives, and grant-supported projects that require outside evaluators.

IREPA'S EVALUATION SERVICES:

Federal Program Management
We evaluate the implementation and compliance of federally funded programs in education, housing, crime prevention and other social service areas. Recent projects include evaluation of the Lakeland Housing Authority Hope VI program's Community Support Services component and the resident/community-level impact of the Tampa Housing Authority Hope VI program.
Grants
We offer a range of services for meeting evaluation requirements associated with grant awards, contracts compliance, and program goals and objectives.
Strategic Planning
We provide strategies for streamlining program objectives, measuring performance, designing optimal structures, cost control, and capacity-building.

IREPA SERVES VARIOUS TYPES OF CLIENTS:

Government Entities
Our evaluation component provides governmental agencies and services with thorough analyses of program achievement, results, and effectiveness.
Non-Profits
We develop and utilize tools to evaluate and improve organizational effectiveness and measure the impact of services to target areas.
Private Companies
We provide businesses with internal evaluation services for maximizing productivity, decision-making, and (re)structuring.
